This is currently the smallest Garrett turbocharger to date. This small frame turbocharger GT0632SZ recently came out and have only been available now since late 2012.

Being so small and tiny it still have the capability to produce peak horsepower 80 hp at around 300.000 rpm and is best suited for engines between 100cc to 500cc. And also a picture showing how small the turbocharger compressor wheel is (32mm) with the compressor housing lifted off.
